Cause Fest Goes East

Avonelle Hector-Joseph is a person of her word. At the end of the first Cause Fest at the Police Academy (formerly known as the St. James Police Barracks) she said she intends to organise another one in the east. We can now confirm it’s happening.
On Saturday July 11th, come out in your numbers to The Prisons Officers Sports Grounds on the Churchill Roosevelt Highway to find out about the great work that is being done in the realm of community reformation by a variety of organisations, in a friendly environment where you can hang out and listen to good gospel music.
Cause Fest’s purpose is simple. To bring different ‘causes’ together, in an effort to bring awareness of the various needs in the mission field whether locally or internationally.
You may call it an expo, bazaar with a free concert at the end. What it really is, can only be discovered by attending.
Cause Fest starts at 2pm. For the younger ones, there will be face painting, a bouncy castle, bran tub and more. For the adults, you can enjoy good gospel music from 5pm.
Bringing great gospel music to you will be Michelle Modeste, Tiko Angelos, J Square, Bethel Gospel Tones, Peter Regis, Marlon Bailey and a dance by "Sadance and Whithney".
